The short version: this site runs no analytics, sets no tracking cookies, and cannot see which certificates you check. What follows says the same thing properly.

01

Who we are

Runtime Studio is an engineering studio operated in India. If you have a question about this policy, or about anything we hold on you, write to hello.runtimestudio@gmail.com.

02

What this website collects

Nothing, by itself. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no tracking cookie and no visitor profiling on this site. We do not know who you are or what you looked at.

Two things are stored locally in your own browser, and are never transmitted to us:

  • your light or dark theme preference, so the site does not flip back on your next visit;
  • a count of recent certificate checks, which is how the verification page limits how often it can be used.

Clearing your browser storage for this site erases both.

03

When you contact us

If you send a brief through the contact form, or email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to put in it - typically your name, your email address and a description of your project. We use it to reply, to prepare a quote, and to run the project if you engage us.

We keep project correspondence for as long as we work together and for 12 months afterwards, for accounting and warranty reasons, then delete it. We do not sell it, rent it, or send you marketing you did not ask for.

04

Certificate verification

Verification runs entirely in your browser. The certificate ID you type is used locally to unseal the matching record from an encrypted registry file - it is never sent to us or to anyone else, so we cannot see which certificates are being checked, or by whom.

Records in the registry are encrypted, each under a key derived from its own certificate ID, so the file cannot simply be opened and read. Certificate numbers are sequential, however, so someone determined could work through them - treat what a certificate shows (holder name, title, date) as information that can become public. We do not put anything else in a record.

If you hold a certificate and want your record withdrawn, write to us and we will revoke it.

05

Third parties that see your request

The site loads two resources from external providers, which means those providers can see your IP address and browser when a page loads:

  • Google Fonts - serves the typefaces the site is set in;
  • unpkg - serves the icon library and the page framework.

We have no agreement with either that gives us access to that data, and we receive none of it.

06

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a copy of it, or to object to our using it. Ask us and we will action it within 30 days at no charge.

07

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
