These terms

These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the contract for a project - work we do for you is governed by the separate proposal and agreement we sign with you, and where the two conflict, that agreement wins.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.

Using the site

You may read this site, print it, and share links to it. You may not:

• copy the design, code, text or images to build a competing or substantially similar site;
• attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its verification system;
• scrape or bulk-download the certificate registry, or attempt to enumerate certificate IDs;
• present any part of this site as your own work.

Ownership

The design, layout, code, copy, logo and name of Runtime Studio are ours, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing on this site transfers any of it to you.

That is separate from the code we write for clients: under our standard agreement, project source code, infrastructure and accounts are handed to the client in their name at delivery. The handover covers your project - not this website.

Certificate verification

The verification page reports what our registry says about a certificate ID, and nothing more.

• Genuine means the ID matches a certificate we issued, and the record shown is what we recorded at the time of issue.
• Revoked means we issued it and have since withdrawn it. It should not be relied on.
• No such certificate means no record matches. On its own that is not proof a document is forged - an ID can be mistyped, or a record can predate this system.

A result is a statement about our records at the moment you check. It is not a reference, not a guarantee of anyone's ability, not a warranty of any kind, and it creates no relationship between us and whoever is checking. If a result looks wrong, contact us and we will confirm by hand.

Attempting to forge, alter or brute-force a certificate record may be a criminal offence and will be treated accordingly.

Quotes and content

The prices, delivery times and service descriptions on this site are indicative and may change without notice. Nothing here is a binding offer - a quote becomes binding only when we issue it in writing for a defined scope and you accept it.

Any project examples shown are illustrative placeholders unless expressly labelled otherwise.

Availability and liability

We try to keep the site and the verification service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw either at any time.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on a verification result. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Links out

Where this site links somewhere else - a payment provider, a social platform, a client - we do not control that destination and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Changes and governing law

We may revise these terms; the date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
